Our Chef:

 

Our Head Chef, Igor has 30 years chef experience working for some of the best restaurants in Kiev Ukraine. He has cooked for the Ukraine gov, army and KGB during his career. Recently he's been contracted for various festivals here in Canada. Igor's always on staff - be sure to say hi when you visit!
