Our Head Chef, Igor has 30 years chef experience working for some of the best restaurants in Kiev, Ukraine. He has cooked for the Ukrainian government, army and the KGB during his career. Recently he's been contracted for various festivals here in Canada. Igor's always on staff - be sure to say hi when you visit!
